Hello friends!
Diamonds and Jeans is my journey. And it's one I am so humbled you are joining me on! I'm asking that if you know me, you not use my name, because I would like for this blog to stay as anonymous as possible.
Why? Well when things are put on the internet, it really opens you up. So in my previous writing, I haven't been as open as I would like to be here. For that reason, I would rather my identity stay fairly shadowed.
I also think there is some fun and mystery to a secret. Why ruin the magic? If you like my writing, just keep on reading.
What are the most important things to know about me?
Well, I'm ever falling more and more in love with Jesus, but I have barely scratched the surface on all there is to know and love. He is infinite, His love is infinite, and I am sorely finite. My brain and my understanding, all finite. So much to learn, eternity to learn it in.
I try to be funny, but I end up over explaining myself, and then I'm not really that funny. I also try to be sarcastic, and I also fail.
Failure is a big deal to me. I feel like I fail at every turn. Sometimes I won't blog for weeks on end, almost entirely because I feel like I'm failing in life, and therefore have nothing valuable to say. Sometimes failure is my biggest bully.
I'm an all or nothing girl, learning the art of compromise.
Keep me humble guys, I'm just not that big a deal.
